"AEC Newsline"- A newspaper for students at the Applied English Center! (Click HERE to see the SPRING, 2008 issue) "AEC Newsline Archives" - read back issues of the Newsline! The AEC Student Computer Lab (LEO) - Click this link to visit LEO, the AEC student computer lab website. It has information about online English language resources and activities. It also offers suggestions for conducting research on the web. AEC Cross-Cultural Counseling and Advising - The AEC counselors can help with academic and personal concerns. Click on this link to meet the counselors, to e-mail us, and to learn ways we can provide assistance. Conversation Groups - This link contains information about AEC conversation groups. It also has a schedule of this semester's meeting times. Ermal Garinger Academic Resource Center - AEC students often check out language tapes and other resources from EGARC ("the language lab"). Click here for information on EGARC hours, policies, services, languages on the WWW and more. Global Awareness Program** - GAP is a certification program open to all undergraduates regardless of their major. Students are recognized for their international experiences each semester. A successful student receives a certificate and is recognized at a special KU reception. The certification appears on the student's KU transcript.
