6-Week Fulbright English for Graduate
Studies Program
June 26 - August 7, 2004
This program will provide you with a variety of experiences and study
opportunities to prepare you for graduate study. Through structured and
informal learning activities, you will enhance your English skills, deepen
your understanding of American society and the parameters of graduate
study, and get to know the American Midwest and its citizens. To assist
you in your adjustment to the American cultural reality, cross-cultural
awareness and an appreciation of the dimensions of cultural diversity
in the U.S. will be a component of the program. You will also have opportunities
to meet a variety of members of the university faculty and local community
in support of this intellectual and personal adjustment. |

- Computer training - word processing, e-mail, Internet research
- Library research training
- Orientation to graduate study in the U.S.
